What They Said Support

What They Said records or imports audio, organizes recordings into categories, transcribes them, and lets you search what was said by meaning.

To record: open the recording controls in Library and allow microphone permission. Capture stays local until you choose to upload it.
To delete a local recording: use Delete Local Copy. Exported copies must be deleted from their destination separately.
To change your password: Account → Change Password. You will sign in again after a successful change.
For a forgotten password: use Forgot Password on the sign-in screen. Email recovery is available when the service is configured.
To delete a cloud recording: open the recording and choose Delete Recording.
To delete your account and all data: Account tab → Delete Account.
To review or withdraw AI consent: Account tab → AI Processing.
